Running robots one ‘small step’ closer to reality

In Melbourne, Sep'5. Swiss researcher says, " They have made a robote to run like human". How can they make robots that can run effectively as human do? They anwered the hotest question about that, "This is a small step on the way" and the most challenges to create these robots are not to fall down on the ground and to use their energy carefully.

They used same amount of energy as a Olympic runner effort in running 100 meters.
There is enough energy to in the system for the second leg to move forward so that it too start falling and keep the cycle going in a 'stable' state of walking.
It can also move side to side to make sure the centre of gravity is over the foot that strike the ground.

To be able to build more stable, more energy efficient humanoid robots in the future, we need to understand what is going on in running and walking .

NASA releases new images of Apollo’s moon landing site Assignment week II

American space agency has unrestricted latest photos of the Moon. The images were in use by the robotic Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO). Hardware obviously shows more than a few probes of pictures. LRO has been rotating the moon since 2009 to collect more in sequence bout the usual outpost. Now lunar orbit is from 50km above the Moon's outside to just 25km. If the LRO stirred nearer, it was capable to launch much clearer pictures of the landing sites.

The newest snap unrestricted from Apollo 17, 14 and 12 sites. These descriptions were taken by LRO's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera (LROC) device. It is able of bearing in wits stuff at a motion of 25cm by 25cm per pixel from a stumpy height above sea level.

The probe has been a greatly creative task having sent quite a lot of hundred thousand pictures of the lunar surface in enormous clearness.
